WHY THE EVALUATE THE 918 SURVEY EXISTS
Each year, the City of Tulsa Auditor's Office collects information and feedback from Tulsa residents in the form of a survey.

Your responses help the City of Tulsa and the City Auditor understand what matters to you. Specifically, it shapes the City Auditor's annual audit plan—pointing us in the right direction of what should be evaluated and studied.
HOW SURVEY RESULTS ARE SHARED AND USED
A summary of the survey results will be shared with City of Tulsa departments, City Councilors, and they Mayor's Office. Ideally, the data helps them understand your needs and priorities, and helps them find ways to improve City services.

The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. You may skip any question and stop at any time.

Your responses will be kept anonymous and never attributed to specific individuals. If you choose to share contact information, we will only reach out to follow up to ask you more questions (your information will not be shared with anyone else).
