City of Tulsa Ethics Code Complaints
The Ethics Code applies to all current City of Tulsa elected officials, officers, employees and members of boards, commissions, or committees. It addresses situations in which a City Official's impartiality might be called into question or where self-dealing might be alleged.

A complaint asserting a violation against a City Official shall be filed in writing with the City Clerk.

The Tulsa City Auditor's Office oversees an independent ethics hotline for City employees, suppliers, residents and other interested parties to report fraud, waste or abuse in city government.
