City of Tulsa Ethics Code Complaints
The Ethics Code applies to all current City of Tulsa elected officials, officers, employees and members of boards, commissions, or committees. It addresses situations in which a City Official's impartiality might be called into question or where self-dealing might be alleged.
A complaint asserting a violation against a City Official shall be filed in writing with the City Clerk.

Whistleblower Hotline
The Tulsa City Auditor's Office oversees an independent whistleblower hotline for City employees, suppliers, residents and other interested parties to report fraud, waste or abuse in city government.

We are in the process of updating our Whistleblower Hotline with a new vendor. The hotline is temporarily unavailable during this transition. The H.R. Director and City Auditor are still available to receive complaints via phone or email.
